An Exceptional Ceremonial Matcha
Crown Reserve™ represents the highest expression of our Matcha Malta collection.
Carefully selected for its colour, texture and flavour profile, this premium ceremonial matcha produces an intensely vibrant green cup with a remarkably fine, creamy mouthfeel.
Its flavour opens with deep umami and gentle vegetal notes, followed by a subtle natural sweetness and a clean, lingering finish. The bitterness is deliberately restrained, allowing the complexity of the matcha to remain at the centre of the experience.
Unlike an everyday culinary matcha, Crown Reserve™ is intended to be appreciated for the quality of the matcha itself.

How to Prepare Crown Reserve™
For a traditional matcha, sift approximately 1.5–2 g into your bowl. Add 60–70 ml of water at around 70–80°C, then whisk rapidly in a W motion until a fine layer of foam develops.
For a premium latte, prepare the matcha with a small amount of water first, then add your preferred milk.
Avoid boiling water, which can overwhelm the delicate flavours and increase bitterness.
Who Is Crown Reserve™ For?
Crown Reserve™ is particularly suited to people looking for a refined ceremonial matcha with pronounced umami and minimal bitterness, whether they already drink matcha regularly or want to discover what a higher-end matcha can offer.
For a lighter everyday option, Yulan sits below it in the collection, while Seijaku offers the classic ceremonial experience.
